Welcome to the Wilshire Farms Swim Team registration. Registration will remain open until March 31st unless we fill before then. Swim team registrations will be accepted in the order they are received. Registrations are not complete until the payment, the signed SSA Liability Waiver and the signed SSA Code of Conduct have been received. The deadline for turning in your payment and forms is March 31st. Refunds are not given if your child drops from the team.
To register:
1. Read and sign the SSA Liability Waiver. (Note: If this file will not open for you, please email us and we will send it to you.)
2. Read and sign the SSA Code of Conduct. (Note: If this file will not open for you, please email us and we will send it to you.)
3. Click on the following registration link to access the registration form. You will need to complete a separate form for each swimmer in your family. Click "Submit" to record each registration. Click here to go to the registration form.
4. Make payment. The registration fees* are as follows:
- $150 for children in elementary and middle school (WF residents)
- $200 for children in elementary and middle school (non-WF residents) *grandfathered from previous years & as space allows
- $85 for high school students (grade entering in the fall for the 2019-20 school year)
- Swim cap fees are $12 per cap
You may pay via PayPal or make a check payable to “Wilshire Farms Swim Team”.
- Don't forget to include the swim cap fee if you are ordering one ($12 per cap).
